At CKO Londonderry, our goal is to create a safe, supportive and welcoming community for members of ALL Fitness levels. Together WE WILL: sweat, reach goals, build confidence, make friends and have FUN.

Unlike other gyms that have you punching air, we provide real heavy bags that will burn fat, reduce stress and get you toned while having fun! Kickboxing is the number one fat-burning cardio exercise, where you can burn more calories in a one-hour class than any other workout. Our fun and engaging group fitness classes are perfect for all ages and levels, so each member can work out at their own pace. Our trained instructors do not require members to learn advanced techniques, so you can always get the most of out every class you take.

The CKO community is built on driven individuals who are focused on bettering themselves, both physically and mentally. Our group classes help keep members engaged and motivated to come back day after day.

Along with this, CKO Londonderry proudly sells Prestige Labs (bars, protein powders, supplements and vitamins), hand wraps, gloves, apparel, and several boxing accessories.
